Standard Homeopathic Company is a privately held Nevada Corporation with principle operations in Los Angeles, CA and St. Louis, MO.

Shares of the corporation are controlled by Mr. Phillips, Mr. Borneman, the Craig Family and certain of the Company's Senior Management. The Company has been in existence since 1903 and was incorporated in 1937.

Standard Homeopathic Company has four wholly owned subsidiaries:

P&S Laboratories dba Hyland's, Inc. (1941)

Standard Homeopathic (International), Inc. (1989) - a foreign sales corporation

Walker Laboratories, Inc. (1995)

Standard Homeopathic Company has three sales divisions (Pharmacy, Wholesale, Natural Foods).

Hyland's, Inc. has three sales divisions (Natural Foods, Drug/Mass Market and Grocery) and serves distribution customers throughout the country.

Standard International is incorporated under the applicable tax rules for Foreign Sales Corporations and sells to clients in Canada, Mexico, Pakistan, Philippines, England, India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.

This structure makes Standard Homeopathic Company and its operating companies the largest full-service homeopathic firm in the United States in terms of sales and operating results.
