Inside Hyland's

Hyland's and Le Tour de France

Hyland’s is thrilled to announce that Hyland’s Leg Cramps took to the world stage with thirty-seven :30 spots that aired on NBCSports during the 104th edition of the Tour de France, one of cycling's Grand Tours. The race began with an individual time trial in Düsseldorf on July 1, and concluded with the Champs-Élysées stage in Paris on July 23. Our coverage began on Sunday and continued through the end of the tour, July 23rd. With a viewership of 39MM, this was an incredible opportunity to introduce and educate cyclists of all abilities to our Hyland’s Leg Cramps products.

Especially exciting was that Hyland’s Leg Cramps sponsored a “Commercial Free Mountain Stage Presented by Hyland’s” for Stage 12 on July 13th. This stage is one of the premier events of the race and is considered a “must watch” by fans. The race entered the Pyrénées from its traditional base, Pau and took in five categorized climbs, including the Col de Peyresourde immediately before the final climb to Peyregudes. As it was in 2016, it was once again the most exciting, nail-biting stage of the Tour de France, with a wild upset.

Ultimately, Chris Froome proved victorious, securing another win and begging the question, can he do it all again in 2018? Hyland’s Leg Cramps will be there to find out!
