Make Time for You!
Today is the last day of the Sleep Challenge! If you've followed along this far you have adjusted your bedtime, reduced distractions, and created a restful sleep environment. You have found ways to relax, and enjoyed exercise and sleep-inducing food and drinks. Now it's time to enjoy some 'you time'.
At this point in the Challenge, you've determined your optimal time to go to sleep and your electronics are turned off and tucked away. Now what?
Day Seven Challenge: Start a journal. Now that you've learned some natural solutions that can help you sleep better, keep track of what works best for you going forwards.
