Margot Murphy Moore
Margot Murphy Moore represents the third generation in the Murphy family, the owners and operators of Luyties Pharmacal. Ms. Moore earned her BS from Colorado College and pursued graduate studies at Washington University and Harvard University. Ms. Moore earned her SM, as a Sloan Fellow, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
She worked with the family firm serving as its Vice President and operations manager. Ms. Moore joined Standard with the acquisition of Walker Laboratories (which includes Luyties) in 1995. She leads all of Standard Homeopathic Company's subsidiary businesses, including its direct-to-consumer and direct-to-professional operations. In 2001, Ms. Moore negotiated the acquisition of the Canadian division, and today continues to guide the operations of Hyland's Canada. In her role leading the subsidiaries, Ms. Moore nurtures the entrepreneurial and innovative family culture that has been an essential part of our corporate success. Ms. Moore also serves as Chief Strategy Officer at the consolidated corporate level, managing the evaluation, financing and integration of corporate investments, acquisitions and strategic alliances. In addition to her corporate role, Ms. Moore serves many organizations as a thought leader and board member in the international homeopathic industry and the direct marketing industry.
Dan Krombach is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Standard Homeopathic Company and also serves as Treasurer for the company and all of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Economics and an Associate teaching degree. He joined the company as Controller in 1992 after completing five years with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche as an auditor specializing in manufacturing, distribution & retail clients in Southern California. During his ten year service as Vice President of Finance and five year service as Executive Vice President, Mr. Krombach moved from a purely financial role into other areas of management to include high value customer care and internal operations throughout the company’s facilities in the United States and Canada. He is a member of the Executive Committee and leader of the company’s Management Team. Mr. Krombach is a Certified Public Accountant holding active certification with the California State Board of Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves as a Director and Executive Officer for a number of not-for-profit religious and educational institutions.
