Allium Cepa 3X HPUS - is helpful for symptoms of sneezing with extremely acrid discharge. Feeling of a lump at the root of the nose and eyes are very watery.

Sabadilla 3X HPUS - relieves spasmodic sneezing with runny nose. Coryza with severe frontal pains and redness of eyes with tears. Much watery nasal discharge.
