We tried Hyland's Bedwetting Tablets last night. My (almost) 7 year old has accidents several times a month, and it's quite frustrating and embarrassing for him. We take it in stride, and do not try to pressure or make him feel bad. Since I've tried other Hyland's products in the past with success, we decided to try the bedwetting tabs last night.

About 20 minutes after taking only TWO tablets (less than the dosage per the bottle), my son complained of feeling a bit nauseated and thirsty. 6 hours after taking the tablets, he awoke, vomiting forcefully. He vomited twice more through the night, and is returning early from school due to being sick.

My intuition tells me that it has to be the tabs making him sick, especially with ingredients such as Belladonna and Sumac.

:(

That is good to know. Has anybody else had adverse reactions to the Bed wetting tabs? Has anybody had any success?

I had to write and let you all know that the bed wetting tablets are a mirable in our home. My son who is 6 1/2 had never had a dry night in his life. We have done the alarm (3 months), DDVP RX, he wears a goodnight pull up every night. It is a good night when he only wakes up with his pull up drenched and not his bed. After the very first night of the tabs, he has been DRY. In fact he has been dry ever since, it has been one week now! He is sleeping in underwear, for the first tiem in his life. The health food store told me to keep him on them for a month and then try taking him off, since his body shoudl have regulated itself by then. I will definately post an update at the beginning of November.
I wish I knew about these sooner.
I am hoping that the post from the mom whose son vomited was just a conicidence with the FLU.
Signed one very happy Mommy and son!!
