sudden pain!!!

hello everyone, I just gave birth to a little beauty calle jenna. But now, I have 4 children to take care of and I rarely have the time to get sleep. Recent, my sister came home for a visit.. and geez was i sure to get some good good sleep but i could not get any... I tried next and would no be able and was overwhelmed with an head ache. My mother proposed me to go see a doctor. The doctor prescribed effexor and told me that i had undergone a small depression with the venue of the new child and feel like being anxious all the time.
wont anyone here help me to get an alternative ways which I can practice everyday just to help me stay kool??
